Return Policy
Returns, cancellations and alteration:
Beauty Expression (UK) Limited does not accept any returns unless prior agreement. Buyer must make sure they have all necessary information about the product before purchase.
When items are ordered in error or they are not as expected buyer must contact us within the 28 working days to arrange a return.
When the return of a product is agreed by both parties - items must be returned in their original package, unopened, unused and not damaged. Package must include order number, customer name and purchase date.
The seller is not responsible for the return postage costs incurred.
For the items ordered in error, slight differences in colour, unwanted or no longer needed the delivery cost paid by the buyer will not be refunded.
When the received product is damaged or the wrong product had been sent; contact us immediately to discuss the return or replacement of the product. No additional postage costs will be incurred.
Refunds will be made within the 2-3 working days after Returned goods will be accepted and Authorisation given. When items returned without customer name or order number, it will take up to 2 weeks to process return or it will be classed as unrecognised and destroyed.
Nail Polishes, Nail Care Products, Skin Care Products, Hair Care Products, UV Gel Products, Depilatory products and perfumes cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once it's been opened.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Faulty or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase, after authorisation from Beauty Expression (UK) Limited was given.
Buyer have right to cancel order prior to dispatch.
Cancellation after dispatch will not be accepted.
Any modifications to order must be agreed by Seller and Buyer and confirmed in writing.
